Guidance and symposiums

The Agency for Culture and Palaces provides guidance for embassies, consulates, cultural institutes and Danish as well as foreign cultural agents. We offer guidance regarding the different possibilities for support, mediation of contacts and in regards to the strategic framework, as well as guidance and counseling on the topic of applications for the Project- and Development funding scheme. Webinars for representations and institutes

As a part of our guidance for the Danish representations, cultural institutes and institutes, the Agency for Culture and Palaces hosts 3-4 annual webinars with themes such as funding criteria, funding opportunities as well as other relevant themes. Embassies and representations receives their invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Cultural institutes and Danish institutes will receive their invitations directly from the Agency for Culture and Palaces.

Annual meetings/symposiums

As part of the new cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the format of the cultural seminar has been altered. The cultural seminar is altered into symposiums for agents working with international cultural cooperation including the representations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, cultural institutes and Danish institutes abroad. The meetings will be hosted annually stretching across one day with varying format, agenda and participants. The representations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the cultural institutes, Danish institutes abroad and cultural key players will receive information regarding the annual meetings through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Agency for Culture and Palaces.
