I 2019 inviterer Creative Europe Desk DK til en række workshops med fokus på kompetenceudvikling for kulturprojektledere- og partnere. Bemærk, at dele af arrangementerne vil være på engelsk, eftersom der er internationale oplægsholdere.
1. How to build strong partnerships, find partners and how to do project management
(Keynote: Yohann Floch, with project presentation from the Danish Creative Europe project: "The Fabric of my Life")
The workshop will address the following themes and questions:
- Why working with partners and why engaging in networks?
- How to find relevant partners for Creative Europe projects
- How to build strong and lasting partnerships
- What does it take to be a project leader? (University of Copenhagen / Marie Louise Bech Nosch / The Fabric of my Life)
- What does it mean to be a project partner? (Designskolen Kolding / Else Skjold / The Fabric of my Life)

2. How to address the programme priorities and to develop a strong methodology and substantiated strategy:
The workshop will address the following themes and questions:
- How do you develop a European project strategy
- What does it mean to address the Creative Europe Programme priorities?
- How to implement and secure quality of the content and the activities
- Methodology and project management tools
- Expectations to and from the European Commission

3. Evaluation of the Creative Europe projects
(Keynote: Marie le Sourd)
The workshop will address the following themes and questions:
- How to work with evaluation tools in the context of the Creative Europe Programme - before and after submitting the application
- Approaches, methodologies and tools: tips and learning experiences
- Challenges and opportunities of the evaluation questions in the interim / final Creative Europe report
- Use of the evaluation results
- Securing the European dimension and the “added value”

4. How to secure strong communication and dissemination strategies
The workshop will address the following themes and questions:
- What does mean to develop a strong communication and dissemination strategy and methodology?
- How to maximizing the impact of the project results at local, regional, national and European levels.
- Ensuring the sustainability of the projects impacts beyond the projects lifetime

5. How to do the Creative Europe project budget, financing and final reporting
The workshop will address the following themes and questions:
- How to see the budget form as a tool and not a challenge
- Budget form as an action plan
- Tips and tricks to do the financial accountability during the project
- Tips and tricks in doing the financial reporting: Different criteria for different projects

6. Writing the application

Arrangementet omhandler europæisk kulturpolitik. En række danske Euopa-parlamentskandidater samt danske kunstnere med internationalt udsyn vil deltage i debatten
